Cropping / Crop Pictures in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

When we do not have time to edit an image beforehand using a photo editor application (eg drawings need dicrop) and images must be diinsert / pasted into a Microsoft Word document, Excel, or PowerPoint or taped as a message body in Ms Outlook email.We can do the cropping in the Officenya Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook) 

The following example cropping the image in Ms Word 2007, Microsoft Office to another menu screen is not much different. 




Perform insert picture as usual, via the menu Insert -> Picture 
After the image appears, click on the image, it will display thePicture Tools Format Menu 
Select the Crop icon (circled in red in the example) 

click on image to enlarge 

To make cropping, adjust / slide the mouse cursor on the top, bottom, or side of the image to make the area as expected.
